When Rhonda began teaching in 1990, she noticed that music teachers often weren't specialists, but the material assumed they were. Seeing how effortlessly students retained anything done to music and beat, but finding little material to help her, she developed material for teachers with little musical experience.

Now, she has produced complete learning packages to help teach basic math skills, literacy, Canadian history, geography and more. Rhonda Draper is a researcher, educator, presenter, performer and curriculum developer specializing in integrating music and movement across the curriculum and developing musicianship in students.

She has been a teacher for all grade levels, and is a children's performer, conference presenter and music specialist in the public school system.
